I dealt with Karl from Sales at Peugot in Barnsley. Lovely Chap and very down to earth. Kept me informed at every step of the process and always did what he said (rang back at the correct times) he also went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was ready on time. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car.

I felt comfortable , with no sales pressure and the customer care at Pentagon is to the highest standard. He has been a star from walking in the showroom to leaving with my beautiful car. I would like to thank Jonathan Webb the Motability Specialist, for the the help and the time he gave us as my wife and myself were looking for our next Motability car. After we decided which car to have he went out of his way to find an automatic version of the car as my wife had never driven one before. He gave her clear guidance of what to do and when to do it. I booked a major service online through Nissan. Took them until next day to confirm. I then called them to make sure timing belt would be included in the service as in the manual this is part of the major service. The guy I spoke to on the phone said he would call me back. The morning of the service days later I still had not been called back. So because I had already booked time off work I took the car to the appointment. When I arrived I again asked if the timing belt change was part of the service. The guy tapped away at his computer for 5 minutes. Eventually he informed me it would be an extra 409 to have the belt changed too. If I had not checked, they would have done this so called major service without doing the belt. I would have been driving the car thinking it had been done and my engine could have been destroyed if the belt failed. So much for a one price for all service objective Nissan run that apparent does not service your car as they themselves suggest. I have no confidence in this dealer if they can't get back to me about a simple enquiry. Wasting my time that I had to book off work. These people seem willing to do a major service that does not cover what is required for a major service. They do not seem to know the difference about requirements of servicing so they can advise their customers. Not in my experience at least.

Great dealership experience. They were expecting me and had a vehicle waiting to test drive. Paul the sales guy was knowledgeable and laid back. We had a good discussion about the vehicles the prices and what was a good set of extras. I didn't buy from these guys only because Jeep had stopped manufacturing the old model Wrangler and hadn't yet released the new ones.. bah :( will go back when the new Wrangler is available. .
